Fulfillment Policy

At Envisioned Designs By DT LLC, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, customized digital services that meet the unique needs of every client. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we manage service delivery, timelines, revisions, and communication throughout your project.

Service Delivery & Timelines

  • All services are fulfilled based on the scope agreed upon during onboarding or in your signed agreement.

  • Standard turnaround times vary by service:

    • Brand Identity & Graphics: 7–14 business days

    • Social Media Management: Begins within 5–7 business days of onboarding completion

    • Funnel & Automation Builds (GHL): 15–30 business days

    • VA/Admin Support: Begins on the date specified in your agreement

    • Custom or rush projects may be subject to additional fees and adjusted timelines.

Client Onboarding & Responsibilities

  • Fulfillment begins once we receive all required intake forms, brand assets, and/or access credentials (e.g., social media logins, GHL, etc.)

  • Delays in providing requested information or approvals may impact delivery timelines and are the client’s responsibility.

Revisions & Approvals

  • Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.

  • Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving deliverables.

  • Additional revisions beyond or outside the agreed scope of work may incur an extra fee.

Communication & Support

  • All communication must be conducted via our official channels (email, text, phone call, client CRM, or scheduled Zoom calls).

  • Our standard response time is within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • We encourage clear and timely communication to ensure smooth and efficient project fulfillment.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final, and no refunds are issued once work has begun or assets have been delivered.

  • If a cancellation is requested before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued minus a 20% administrative fee.

  • For recurring services (e.g., monthly social media or VA support), cancellations require 14 days written notice via a signed cancellation agreement prior to the next billing cycle.

Missed Appointments or Unresponsiveness

  • Missed scheduled calls without notice may result in a rescheduling delay of up to 5-7 business days.

  • Projects with no client communication for 14 consecutive days may be paused and subject to a reactivation fee.

File Delivery & Access

  • Final files and assets will be delivered digitally via Google Drive, email, or your designated client CRM portal.

  • Funnel builds, automation workflows, and content calendars will be published or transferred upon project completion with routine progress updates.

We stand by the quality of our work. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to collaborating with you through the included revision process to ensure you are satisfied with your final deliverables.
